Founding Team Story

Online Officer was founded in 2017 by four enterprising individuals who each brought their unique expertise and skills to the table.

Carla Sonza led Online Officer’s business development and finance operations to ensure that we had the financial stability and strategic direction to grow and prosper. She worked alongside Mark Paralejas who was in charge of client relations/recruitment. Soon after, Celine Taruc also came in to supervise admin and other HR tasks.

With their unwavering passion, grit, and teamwork, they successfully brought Online Officer to greater lengths, making us one of the leading business process outsourcing providers for clients worldwide.

This is why from just a newbie team of four, our company has massively expanded its network of professionals—attracting new talents while constantly developing a reputation for excellence in the outsourcing industry.
