Our strategic location in the Philippines allows us to operate efficiently with a lean, results-driven team. This setup means you get strong results without the bloated retainers and overhead typically charged by top agencies in Australia and other countries.

Is this service right for my small business?

Absolutely. We specifically designed our model for small and medium-sized businesses. Our bundled packages give you the expert, all-in-one marketing team you need to grow, but at a price point that makes sense without locking you into bloated, complex contracts.

Plans & Contracts

Do you require long-term contracts?

Nope! All our services are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to cancel at any time if you’re not seeing the results you expect. We also offer 6-month or annual commitments if you’d like to lock in additional savings.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can! If you request an upgrade, your new plan and features take effect immediately (we’ll just charge a pro-rated amount for the current billing period). If you request a downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and the new, lower-priced plan will begin on your next renewal date.

Do I need to pay for extra tools or ad budgets?

Yes. Clients are responsible for all advertising budgets (ad spend), which are paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta. You are also responsible for subscriptions to any required third-party tools, such as your email marketing platform or specific CRM software, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your contract.

What if I don’t need all the services included in the plan?

No worries! We’ll just focus your plan hours on what matters most. If you only want SEO and Google Ads, we’ll double down on those services to get more done, faster. The plan price remains the same, but we reallocate the resources to drive maximum impact where you need it most.

Services & Add-Ons

What platforms do you run ads on?

A: We support all the major players: Google Ads (including YouTube Ads), Bing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads. These are all covered under our PPC service. If you have a specific platform in mind, let’s chat!

Why is social media management not included in any plan?

Our core packages focus on services that drive direct, measurable leads and sales. While our PPC service does cover paid social ads (like on Meta and TikTok), organic social media management is a different discipline focused on brand awareness. We find it’s more effective as an optional add-on, which you can purchase separately if you want us to handle your organic posting and community management.

What’s included in “web support”?

Our web support covers marketing-related changes on platforms like WordPress and Shopify. This includes building campaign landing pages, making content updates to support SEO, or fixing bugs that hurt conversions (like a broken form). Full site redesigns or custom development projects are not included but can be scoped and quoted as a separate add-on service.

Do you offer other add-on services?

Yes! If you need something beyond the core plan, we also offer web development, full social media management, outbound lead generation, and professional telemarketing.

Who will I be working with?

You’ll have one main point person—a dedicated account manager who is also a qualified marketing specialist in one of our core services. They are backed by our full team of specialists who handle different parts of your marketing strategy behind the scenes.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on the service. For paid ad campaigns, especially with a proven funnel, you can often see tangible improvements within the first 30 days. SEO is a long-term investment; while we can often achieve page 1 rankings within 90 days, capturing significant market share and traffic typically takes 4-12 months of consistent optimization.

Do you guarantee a specific ROI?

Like any honest marketing agency, we can’t guarantee specific results or a return on investment. Marketing performance is affected by many external factors like market conditions, competition, and seasonal trends. What we do guarantee is a professional, results-driven approach designed to meet your business objectives, along with full transparency in our monthly performance reports.

What if my requests exceed the weekly hour caps?

Our weekly hour guidelines (15, 25, or 40 hours depending on your plan) are there to manage capacity and expectations, not to be a strict “clock-in, clock-out” limit. We prioritize high-impact work first. If your requests consistently exceed capacity, we’ll communicate proactively to re-prioritize tasks or discuss upgrading to a plan that better suits your needs.

Can I request custom hours or a bigger plan?

Yes! If your business needs more than what’s included in our PLUS plan, we offer a “VIP” package starting at A$5,000/month. Just let us know, and we can tailor a plan specifically for your team.

General Questions

Do you also accept clients not based in Australia?

Of course! While our primary target is Australia, we also serve clients in other countries, including the US and UK.

Does your team work on Australia business hours?

Not strictly, but an overlap is guaranteed! There’s only a small time difference between Australia and the Philippines, so we make sure to respond to your questions or concerns as soon as possible, almost always within the same business day.

How do we communicate?

Primarily on Slack, where you can reach team members directly or send a group message in your dedicated channel. You can also email us or send a message on WhatsApp if that’s needed or more appropriate.
