Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) to support ad strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Ability to create simple ad creatives (graphics or video) is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist  to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of solid experience running ad campaigns, with proven success in eCommerce advertising—including remarketing, sales-driven strategies, and performance optimization. You will be expected to analyze data, manage budgets, and implement strategies that increase conversions, drive online sales, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
  • Set up and optimize social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Develop and implement eCommerce-focused strategies to drive sales, leads, and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for creatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI across multiple platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs, conversions, and campaign insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest PPC and social media advertising trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy.
