Immediately! As soon as you receive the email confirming your membership into the program, you can send through your first question.

Once you email us your question, look out for a confirmation email. We will confirm if a slot is available and provide an estimated response time. We aim to reply within 2 business days, though this may take slightly longer during periods of high demand.

This specific program covers advice only. However, if you need hands-on help implementing our recommendations, we can certainly assist. We offer one-time implementation fees or ongoing monthly digital marketing plans to suit your needs.

The Free Marketing Access Program provides one free credit per month. If you have an urgent issue and have already used your free credit, you can purchase a “Priority Consultation” for a one-time fee.

Your free credit resets on the 1st of every month. However, to ensure fair access for everyone, there is a 10-day cooling-off period between consultations. Example: If your consultation was completed on the 25th, we cannot accommodate your next consultation request until the 5th of the following month, even though your credit technically refreshed on the 1st.
